Prairie Lakes in St. Charles, Illinois. Silvestrie Custom Homes will be building 20 new homes in Prairie Lakes. Homes range in value from $780,000. to $1.2 million and above.

Blackberry Ridge in Elburn, Illinois. Silvestrie Custom Homes has 17 large, rolling country home sites. Lots are 1-3 acres in size and many back up to Blackberry Creek and the Forest Preserve. Home and lot packages range from $650,000. to over $800,000.

Tall Oaks in Elgin, Illinois. Tall Oaks is located on Route 20 just west of Randall Rd. Home prices start in the $750,000. range. Tall Oaks features wooded lots and Burlington Central Schools.
